Instead of a menu card, the chefs at Santani prepare nutritious dishes in accordance with a custom meal plan based on health goals and physical conditions of the guests. Since most of the structures are built on stilts, natural thermal flows cool the rooms, in which it is why there is no air conditioning for it provides healthier and cleaner environment for the guests.
