Providing scenic panoramic views of misty mountains and tea, the bungalow of Hill safari enables one to enjoy the cold misty climate of the hill country and enjoy the surroundings. The bungalow consists of five fine comfortable rooms and these rooms features a shared lounge surrounded by the tea estates. On a clear sky day guests are able to see the Dondra Lighthouse which is located at the south coast. This hotel warmly welcomes families and large groups of friends for the most memorable stay. How to Get There

The hotel has a transfer desk that can provide transfer facilities to the airport at a cost.
You may pre-arrange an Epic Sri Lanka Holidays chauffeur facility for your arrival and departure transfers to and from the airport or to and from any point in the country. From the Bandaranaike International airport, it will take you approximately 6 hours by road to travel 215 km distance to the hotel. If you do utilize the Epic Sri Lanka Holidays Chauffeur facility you may also request to retain the chauffer throughout your stay in Sri Lanka at an attractive cost.
Alternatively, for a quicker transfer, you may request Epic Sri Lanka Holidays to arrange combined air and road transfers. Approx 1.30 hours Scheduled domestic flights are available from the Bandaranaike International airport and from Colombo Waters edge to Castlereagh. Thereafter it is 4 hours transfer by road from Castlereagh to Hill Safari.
We are also able to arrange for you exclusive private helicopter transfers (up to 4 passengers at a time) from any point in the country directly to your hotel or nearest helipad.
Daily trains are available starting from approx. 6 am in the morning from Colombo fort running along the hill country up to Ohiya. The train ride takes approx. 6 hours to reach Ohiya station. 1st, 2nd and 3rd class seat options are available and travelers who prefer a rustic but scenic experience may opt for this.
