Superior Rooms

This is the starting category of the rooms, the size being 29.7 sqm with a view looking out to the garden. These rooms are arranged in clusters or along rows giving options to large or small groups of travellers. Each room is well equipped with modern amenities with tasteful interiors that blend with the hotel theme of a village.

Deluxe Rooms

This is the second category of the rooms. The Deluxe rooms have a size of 48.3 sqm with a view of the Habarana Lake, king sized four poster beds, a sitting area and an open air bathroom.

Kingfisher Lodge

This Suite is a lodge that is located much further away from the hotel along the Lake. It has stunning close up view of the lake and the room size is 81.2 sqm with a private veranda. Furnished with luxurious amenities and is extremely spacious.

Eagle Lodge

This Eagle Lodge is located along the same side of the Deluxe rooms and is the largest suite in the hotel. Comprising a room size of 104.5 sqm, it has a spacious bedroom, large living area ideal for meetings or gatherings, an open air bathroom with cement bathtub and open air cement Jacuzzi in the garden. The hotel provides dining options for private functions indoor or outdoor such as barbecue.

How to Get There

The hotel has a transfer desk that can provide transfer facilities to the airport at a cost.

You may pre-arrange an Epic Sri Lanka Holidays chauffeur facility for your arrival and departure transfers to and from the airport or to and from any point in the country. From the Bandaranaike International airport, it will take you approximately 3 hours, 47 minutes via the expressway by road to travel 151 km distance to the hotel. If you do utilize the Epic Sri Lanka Holidays Chauffeur facility you may also request to retain the chauffeur throughout your stay in Sri Lanka at an attractive cost.

Alternatively, for a quicker transfer, you may request Epic Sri Lanka Holidays to arrange combined air and road transfers. There are daily 45 minute Scheduled domestic flights that are available from the Bandaranaike International airport and from Colombo Water’s edge to Sigiriya. Thereafter it is a 22 minute transfer by road from Sigiriya to Habarana.

If you wish to view the beautiful landscapes of Sri Lanka from the skies, an exclusive private helicopter transfer (up to 4 passengers at a time) from any point in the country directly to your hotel or nearest helipad can be arranged.
